Scheduling, email and correspondence, invoicing, data entry and vendor coordination. We also answer customer emails and calls on your behalf, so routine questions are handled without pulling you away from your own work.
Systems and network administration
Setup and upkeep of servers, workstations and user accounts, backups and updates, networks and business phone systems. We also take on IT project work such as migrations, deployments and one-off technical jobs.
Online stores and social media
Adding and updating products, prices, photos and listings on your online store, and posting to and managing your business social media accounts.
